Stringent Interview Selection Procedure

  • In-Person Interview
    Candidates are given the chance to demonstrate their personality, as well as presentation and communication skills.
  • Orientation Program
    The operation manager in charge of respective assignment will personally guide the newly hired officers through a thorough orientation cum induction program on site.

    Personalized assessment will be conducted at the end of induction and remedial actions be initiated to address areas of incompetence. This helps to raise the newly hired officers’ confidence level.
